Montserrat Events was established to manage and operate musical and entertainment events in Lee-on-the-Solent for the betterment of the community of Lee and Gosport as a whole. None of this would be possible without the dedication of our incredible volunteer crew.
Whether you're helping with set-up, marshalling crowds, supporting vendors, or simply being a friendly face on the day - every role matters and every volunteer makes a real difference.

Help guide and manage crowds, ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at our events.
Stage Crew
Support the staging, sound, and lighting teams to help deliver world-class live performances.
Guest Services
Be the friendly face of Montserrat Events, welcoming visitors and answering questions on the day.
Set Up & Pack Down
Help build the magic before the event opens and restore the site after the crowds have gone home.
Vendor Liaison
Work with our food, drink and trade vendors to ensure smooth operations throughout the event.
